Images of the dishes, beverages, prices, descriptions of the food and beverage items are representational only and the actual product may vary. The actual dish contents, quantities, ingredients, packaging, cutlery and other decorative elements shown in the pictures could be different and changed/updated as per Management discretion. We do not offer refund and returns on food and beverage items that have already been ordered, We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange once the food or beverage preparation has started.

To be eligible for cancellation, your order should not have been started. Upon placing your order you may receive a call from us or you can call us to confirm the order.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 




If you are approved for valid refund due to cancellation of an order that has not been started, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
